How ERP, POS and the QR menu work together

• Connect ERP (Windows, head office): menu, recipes, stock, purchasing, finance, reports.
• Connect POS (Windows, every branch): tills, kitchen screens, customer display. Works offline.
• Guest QR menu (web, your guests): menu in 3D, order from the table, bookings.
• Connect HR (Android, your staff): leave, payslips and attendance on the phone.

Head office owns the menu: it reaches every linked till. Every sale at a till comes back to head office, takes the recipe out of the branch stock and posts the sale, VAT and food cost in the accounts.

No internet? The tills keep selling. Everything is sent to head office when the connection is back.
