| Shifts | Hours, break, grace minutes and working days (for example Sunday to Thursday, or Saturday to Thursday if only Friday is off). |
| Holidays | Public holidays, so nobody is marked absent on them. |
| Departments, Positions | Your structure. |
| Leave types, Department leave rules | Annual, sick and other leave, and the days per department. |
| Approval flows | Who approves each request. |
